HEPOLITE adds new piston rings to range – including first to market parts

Hepolite continues to expand their piston ring range with new items for popular engines. All parts are produced to OEM standards and replicate the original specifications from the OE. Popular Stellantis Group engines are now covered with Hepolite introducing two new part numbers to cover the Peugeot / Citroen EB2 engine and the Vauxhall B12 engines. Not only have they launched the popular EB2D ring set which utilises a 1.2mm top ring, but also the less common EB2 set that uses a 1.0mm top ring. Hepolite are first to market with this application. As well as Stellantis Group parts, new Ford applications are now available, including the 1.0 EcoBoost Gen 2 engine that utilises a 1.0mm 2nd ring. Currently only one other brand has this ring set in the market. Also filling out the Ford range are rings for the new 1.5 Ecoboost “Dragon” engine. This three cylinder engine is used in the latest Fiesta and Puma models amongst others. Again, Hepolite are first to market with this hi tec steel nitrided low profile ring pack. Finally the VW / Audi range has been expanded to cover the latest EA888 engines including Gen 3 variants that are used in popular VW, Audi and Porsche applications.
